SunniNikah Child Safety Standards & CSAE Policy

SunniNikah is an adult matrimonial service. Individuals under 18 are not eligible to create or use a matrimonial account.
1. Zero Tolerance
SunniNikah prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
- Sexualization or sexual exploitation of minors;
- Grooming;
- Sextortion involving minors;
- Requests for sexual images from minors;
- Arranging sexual contact with minors;
- Attempts to recruit or exploit minors for sexual purposes;
- Any other child exploitation prohibited by law.
2. Age Requirement
SunniNikah is intended for users aged 18cand above for girls and 21 and above for Boys. The platform may use age information, account controls, safety reviews and other measures to prevent minors from accessing matrimonial functionality.
3. Reporting
Users can report child-safety concerns through the in-app reporting mechanism or [grievance@sunninikah.com]. Reports involving suspected child exploitation are treated as high priority.
4. Handling CSAM or Exploitation Reports
Where SunniNikah obtains actual knowledge of suspected CSAM or child exploitation, it may:
- Restrict access to the content/account;
- Preserve relevant evidence where legally appropriate;
- Escalate internally to authorized safety personnel;
- Report to relevant authorities or designated organizations where required or appropriate under applicable law;
- Cooperate with lawful investigations.
We will not knowingly distribute or promote CSAM.
5. Safety-by-Design
Safety measures may include age gating, reporting, blocking, moderation, automated abuse detection, account restrictions, verification and escalation procedures.

7. Law and Cooperation
SunniNikah will comply with applicable child-safety laws and lawful reporting requirements in the jurisdictions where the service operates.
8. No User Investigation Authority
Users should not attempt to investigate suspected exploitation themselves. Preserve information safely and report it to SunniNikah and, where appropriate, the competent authorities.
