1. General Principle

Cancellation and refund rights depend on the purchase channel, product type, applicable store rules and applicable law.

2. Apple App Store Purchases

Where a purchase was made through Apple, cancellation and refund processes may be administered through Apple's applicable billing and support mechanisms. Users should use the purchase management and refund routes provided by Apple, subject to Apple's rules.

3. Google Play Purchases

Where a purchase was made through Google Play, cancellation and refund processes may be administered through Google Play's applicable subscription and purchase mechanisms, subject to Google Play's rules.

4. Effect of Cancellation

Unless otherwise stated, cancelling an auto-renewing subscription stops future renewal but does not necessarily provide an immediate refund for the current billing period.

5. Refunds

Refunds may be available where required by applicable law, store rules or an approved support decision. Eligibility may depend on the purchase channel and the circumstances of the request.

6. Fraud, Chargebacks and Reversals

Where a payment is reversed, charged back or identified as fraudulent, associated entitlements may be revoked or adjusted.
