SunniNikah User Content & Moderation Policy

SunniNikah contains user-generated content, including profile text, photos, chat messages, reports and other material submitted by users.

1. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are prohibited:

  • Child sexual abuse or exploitation material or grooming;
  • Sexual exploitation, sexually explicit content or prohibited nudity;
  • Threats, harassment, bullying or stalking;
  • Fraud, scams, impersonation and deceptive profiles;
  • Requests for money, financial assistance or prohibited transactions;
  • Spam and abusive commercial solicitation;
  • Hate, unlawful discrimination or threats against protected persons;
  • Content that unlawfully defames, infringes privacy or intellectual property rights;
  • Content intended to humiliate, extort or blackmail another person;
  • Content that materially violates SunniNikah's community or religious eligibility standards;
  • Other content prohibited by law or platform policy.

2. Pre-Publication and Automated Controls

Where appropriate, SunniNikah may use automated or technical controls to detect prohibited content, suspicious behavior, phone-number sharing where restricted by the product, spam and other abuse signals.

Automated controls may make mistakes. Users may report content or decisions for review.

3. Reports

Users can report accounts and content in the app. Reports may be prioritized based on severity and risk.

4. Blocking

Users can block other users to stop or limit further interaction, subject to platform functionality.

5. Moderation Actions

Depending on the circumstances, we may remove content, add warnings, restrict features, require verification, suspend accounts or permanently terminate accounts.

6. Child Safety / CSAM

SunniNikah maintains a zero-tolerance approach to child sexual abuse and exploitation. Any known or suspected CSAM or child-exploitation activity will be handled under the Child Safety Standards and applicable law.

7. Appeals / Review

Where appropriate, a user may request review of an account or content action through [support@sunninikah.com], subject to safety and legal limitations.

8. Enforcement Records

We may retain records concerning moderation and safety actions for appropriate periods to protect users, investigate abuse, prevent repeat violations and comply with law.
