Please Read Before Using SunniNikah

SunniNikah is a community-based matrimonial platform intended to facilitate introductions between individuals seeking Nikah.

1. Matrimonial Facilitation

SunniNikah facilitates profile discovery, communication and matrimonial introductions. SunniNikah does not itself perform, solemnize, approve or guarantee a Nikah.

2. No Guarantee

We do not guarantee the accuracy, character, intentions, compatibility, financial position, marital suitability, religious suitability or authenticity of every user or profile.

3. Verify Before Marriage

Users and their families are responsible for independently verifying identity, marital status, background, family details and other information before proceeding with a marriage proposal.

4. Personal Safety

Never share your password, OTP, authentication code, bank details, card information or other sensitive financial information with another user.

5. Financial Fraud

Be cautious of any user requesting money, gifts, loans, investments, cryptocurrency, financial assistance or emergency payments. Report suspicious profiles immediately.

6. Religious Guidance

SunniNikah does not issue Fatwas and is not a substitute for a qualified Islamic scholar, Mufti or Qazi. Seek qualified religious guidance for religious questions concerning Nikah, Shariah, compatibility and related matters.

7. Community Standards

Content or conduct that is abusive, fraudulent, obscene, sexually exploitative, harassing, hateful, threatening, deliberately disrespectful toward Islamic personalities or community members, or otherwise prohibited may be removed and accounts may be restricted or suspended.

8. User Responsibility

Each user is responsible for their own decisions, communications and interactions. Users and families should exercise appropriate care and due diligence before entering into any matrimonial commitment.

9. Our Sincere Apology

We strive to provide a safe, respectful and trustworthy matrimonial environment. Nevertheless, if an unfortunate incident, misunderstanding, fraud or unwanted experience occurs despite reasonable precautions, we sincerely apologise and request your forgiveness (maafi) for any inconvenience or distress caused. Your safety and trust remain important to us.

10. Report Suspicious Activity

If you notice a fake profile, suspicious behaviour, harassment, fraud, child-safety concern or other inappropriate activity, report it through the platform immediately so that appropriate action can be considered.

SunniNikah reserves the right to review, reject, suspend or remove profiles that do not meet stated religious eligibility, safety, legal or community standards, subject to applicable law.
