SunniNikah Subscription Terms

1. Paid Services
SunniNikah may offer subscriptions and contact packs that unlock specified premium functionality.
2. Plan Information
Before purchase, the app will display the applicable:
- Product name;
- Price and currency;
- Billing period;
- Entitlements;
- Renewal terms, where applicable;
- Applicable tax/price disclosures;
- Cancellation/refund information.
3. Profile-Specific Entitlements
Where the product is designated as profile-specific, premium entitlements will be associated with the applicable profile and account according to the platform's current product rules.
4. Subscriptions
A subscription may provide access to premium features for the stated period. Access may end or change when the subscription expires, is cancelled, refunded, reversed or otherwise becomes inactive.
5. Contact Packs
Contact packs may provide a defined number of contact credits. Each eligible contact reveal may consume one contact credit according to the service rules.
Unused credits are subject to the applicable product terms displayed at purchase and may be non-refundable except where required by law or the applicable store/payment rules.
6. Purchase Verification
Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are verified with the platform's backend and the applicable store/payment system. The mobile client must not independently grant permanent entitlements based solely on a local purchase state.
7. Coupons
Coupons are subject to the displayed eligibility, validity and redemption conditions. A coupon may require an applicable profile identifier.
8. App Store Billing
Apple and Google may process payment and manage subscriptions according to their respective billing systems and terms.
9. Maintenance and Operations
Subscription and paid-service revenue supports the operation, maintenance, payment processing, infrastructure, security, customer support, development and other lawful operational expenses associated with SunniNikah.
10. Changes
We may modify plans, pricing or entitlements subject to applicable law and required notice. Changes will not retroactively remove rights that cannot legally be removed.
11. Account Suspension
If an account is suspended for serious policy or safety violations, access to paid features may be restricted in accordance with the Terms and applicable refund rules.
